I recently had the pleasure of reviewing the Teething Bling necklace from Smart Mom Jewelry.

This product was very handy. Especially when we were out in public. My daughter loves to play the “drop the toy and see how many times Mommy will pick it up” game. When she tries to play that game in public the toy gets dirty and has to go away. With the Teething Bling, she can drop it as may times as she wants. Because it is attached to me, it’s not going anywhere!

“We use only the highest-quality, phthalate-free, federally approved silicone in our Teething Bling™ line. The material is non-toxic, latex-free, food–safe, even dishwasher-friendly! It is the same silicone used in many other popular teething products and SGS test reports are available upon request. Although we stress that this is adult jewelry not intended for children to wear, all of our pendants come with a breakaway clasp as an added safety feature.”

Did I mention how cute these are? The Teething Bling pendant looks great with some of my outfits! And everyone who has asked about it, thought it was stone, not silicone! I can see myself still wearing this necklace after my daughter stops teething!

The only downside I found was, that because it’s attached to me, the drool from a baby teething on the necklace is more likely to get all over you. Which, if you have an extra drooly baby, like I do, can make a big mess of your shirt. That’s no problem with a handy burp cloth though.

Smart Mom Teething Bling comes in many different shapes and colors. Donut pendants in solids and patterns, hearts, bangles, and keychains. They also offer gift sets and onesies. This would make the perfect gift for a new mom who is about to have a teething babe on her hands!
