Invisalign Teen: Great Reasons to Smile Hygiene Kit Giveaway starts at August 13, 2009 and ends at August 27, 2009 at 11:59 pm CST.
The sponsor of this Contest (“Contest”) is Align Technology, the makers of Invisalign Teen (“Sponsor”). The Contest shall be subject to these Official Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions herein. Certain restrictions may apply.
ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (not including territories and possessions) and the District of Columbia. Void where prohibited. The officers, directors, trustees and employees of the Sponsor and the immediate families and those living in the same household of any of the above are not eligible. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER:
Visit the Invisalign Teen website (http://www.invisalignteen.com) and learn more about the new virtually invisible braces developed with leading orthodontists specifically for teens. Come back here and tell us what Invisalign Teen feature makes you smile and you will be entered into our drawing and on August 30, 2009, one winner will be randomly selected to win the hygiene kit and gift card. You can also get additional entries by doing any of the following:

• Become a fan of Invisalign Teen on Facebook (1 additional entry)
• Post a comment on Invisalign Teen’s Facebook wall (1 additional entry)
• Post a comment on Invisalign Teen’s Facebook wall stating who your “Smile Envy” is along with a link to a photo (1 additional entry)

Note: To get all of your entries counted, you MUST come back to Mom’s Most Wanted and post a separate comment for each entry. Contest ends on August 27, 2009 at 11:59 pm CST and is open to residents of the US.
The Sponsor, Host (Mom’s Most Wanted) and any and all Internet server(s) and access provider(s) are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information; human errors; technical malfunctions; failures, omissions, interruptions, deletions or defects of any telephone network, computer online systems, computer equipment, servers, providers, or software, including without limitation any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the Contest; inability to access the web page thereof; theft, tampering, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; data that is processed late or incorrectly or is incomplete or lost due to telephone, computer or electronic malfunction or traffic congestion on telephone lines or the Internet or any web site (including the Entry Sites) or for any other reason whatsoever; typographical, printing or other errors; or any combination thereof.
The Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. By entering the Contest, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of Santa Clara County, California and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winner will be selected at random from among eligible entries on/about August 30, 2009 by Mom’s Most Wanted, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this Contest. Winners will be notified by email by August 30, 2009 and will have 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner chosen does not claim their prize within the 48 hour time allotment, another comment winner will be chosen and given the same 48 hour time limit within which to claim their prize. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Sponsor nor host (Mom’s Most Wanted) shall not be liable to winner or any other person for failure to supply the prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor’s sole control.

GENERAL: Entrants release and waive any claims they may have against Sponsor for any and all injuries, claims, damages, losses, costs, or expenses of any kind (including without limitation attorney’s fees) resulting from acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize or element thereof, or participation in this Sweepstakes.
Winners acknowledge that Sponsor nor Host (Mom’s Most Wanted) has not made nor is in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the prize, including but not limited to its quality, condition or fitness for a particular purpose. Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on the prize are subject to the manufacturers’ terms therefor, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
If for any reason this Contest is not capable of running as planned, or if this Contest or any web site associated therewith (or any portion thereof) becomes corrupted or does not allow the proper playing of the Contest and processing of entries in accordance with these rules, or if infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, actions by entrants, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes, in the Sponsor’s sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual implicated in such action and/or to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest or any portion thereof. In the event this Contest is cancelled, the Sponsor will conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. If such cancellation, termination, modification, or suspension occurs, notification will be posted on Mom’s Most Wanted. If a dispute arises about who submitted an entry on the site, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email account. The authorized account holder is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, service provider, or other online organization that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide the Sponsor with proof that the potential winner is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address/profile associated with the winning entry and that all eligibility requirements are met.
NOTE: Internet entry must be made by the entrant. Entries made by any other individual or any entity, and/or originating at any other web site or e-mail address, including but not limited to commercial contest subscription notification and/or entering service sites, will be declared invalid and disqualified for this Contest. The use of any device to automate the entry process is prohibited.
